Excellent, excellent, excellent !!!  I am thrilled by your lucid response to
the "Tandy Experience."  Joe, I hear similar complaints almost every day from
all over the country.  Frankly, for all the good they do--and they do, do good
things (they brought us the Model 100 via their investment in the project,
advertising, distribution, etc.)--their attitude is un-American,
non-business-like, and customer-hostel in all too many cases.  This is a
general comment and does not reflect the positive efforts by many of their
corporate and subordinate folks.  Generally speaking, they [Tandy] needs to
take a much, much, much closer look at its internal policies and corporate
attitude towards their customers, and customer problems.  Tandy "could" be a
great company if they really wanted.  -Rick-
 
PS To all those who read these words, this is not Tandy-bashing.  I, personally
understand Tandy's dynamics more then most and feel that Joe has a valid
complaint, and has stated it well.  My feedback is in support of Joe's
comments, with the addition of a personal reflection for business in the United
States for the 1990's.
