Oh, I see. Well @#$%! For a time I took to typing in short form on the 102 and I still use a lot of abbreviations. Working on MS-DOS machines I quickly found that larger files were usually more difficult and certainly slower to work with anyway, so what the hay? Think I'll write a file on memory-saving info. to upload here and have others contribute. Would this be worthwhile? Some of the stuff in the "How about a date thread" and PACK.100 and "speedy writing" tricks would be included. That sort of thing. By the way, my Telcom stats are dropping back to the default settings every once in a while and not when I'm online. The only things running are S/L/X.co and the built in programs and Tiny.co is loaded. Any ideas? I thought maybe S/L/X was doing this. One little, tiny criticism of extRAM: the keys for the Save and Exchange functions are just a little too close together for comfort. Although I only made the mistake once, it was real scary. -Barry
