Start Bold CHR$(27);CHR$(31) Stop Bold CHR$(27);CHR$(30) on DMP-110,200,2100 Stop Bold CHR$(27);CHR$(32) on LPV, DMP-400, 420, 500 REM: You cannot mix Bold and Elongated on: DMP-200, 400, 420, 500 You CAN mix them on: DMP-110, 2100 If you have a daisy wheel, you need to print the character, backspace to the start of the character and print it again. I have the routine if you need it. "Most of the dot-matrix printers (all but the DMP-110, 200, 2100) can switch to an 'old' stop bold code, a CHR$(27);CHR$(30) in place of the CHR$(27); CHR$(32). The switch can be made by setting DIP switches." I have an old copy of 'How To Use Your Radio Shack Printer' for reference and that's where the info came from.
