Subj: M100 ASSEMBLER

Has anyone around here used the original tandy assembler/debugger ZBGASM? I
have had it for awhile, and was playing around with it again.

Unfortunately, it seesm that it wants to load right where the DVI is installing
its disk-basic. But it dosen't look that way to me. Since I'm not that familiar
yet with the m100 memory map look at this:

ZBGASM - Top: 54272 End: 62475 (exe:54275 ??)

The DVI disk-basic says that you cant clear memory above 58263 using the basic
command: clear 0,xxxxxxx

Does this mean that the assembler wants the same 4212 bytes (62475 minus the
58263) that the DVI-basic is residing???

Is the 58263 the "end" of the disk basic??

In the assembler/degug manual it has you clear ram to 49151. This is not
interfering with that dvi-basic- so why dosen't it load??

I guess I really know the answer is that they are using the same space- but I
want to make sure. IF that is the case, I don't suppose that this assembler
can be relocated?

Or should I be bothering with this at all? I am considering purchasing the
ROMII/Cleuseau- It must be better than this, but will it be conflicting with my
DVI-disk basic also?

Thanks for any ideas.
