Hi, Marty, Oooohh! Sorry about the problem with MAXMAX. If you answer (N)o, it'll exit without changing your .CO program's HIMEM, etc., so it'll continue to run fine. If you answer (Y)es it'll reset HIMEM to the maximum amount of RAM, thus preventing your .CO program from running. BUT... it does absolutely no damage to your .CO or .BA files! You just need to reset the addresses - which sounds like a bunch of gobbledygook, I know!!! Download CHANGE.BA and it's supporting documentation, if you're curious about how machine language programs work within the Model 100/102. Change lets you examine the addresses without actually touching the program, so it's a good way to study up. With the Booster Pak you've got the option of creating environments already set up for .CO files without having to rerun the .BA files that created the .CO files and set their addresses. Then you can actually delete or offload the .BA files, since they're no longer needed once the .CO is set up to run. Or, if this still sounds like gobbledygook, just ignore it and enjoy the programs you have! I'll have to admit that my interest in exploring the workings of my 102 and .CO programs has caused a few cold starts and lost files, so you have to like that sort of thing to think of it as fun! <Lex>
