Hi, Rick,

You CAN have more than one .CO program in memory, as long as they're occupying
different addresses. Using a modified version of WARM.BA, I utilize various
.CO utilities grouped according to function and/or convenience: First I load,
for example, WARM3.BA, which lets me use function keys for one-button loading
of FLOPPY.CO, PACK.CO or CASUTL.CO, without worrying about clashes, because
I've made sure to assign them non-conflicting addresses.

It was a little tricky to set up initially (but not very), and well worth the
trouble.

For some reason (primarily my igonorance) this doesn't work with all .CO
programs. SORT.CO is one. I've tried resetting it to another address and
loading it via WARM.BA - no dice. It's simpler to just use SORT.BA to load
SORT.CO - they're both small programs and work fine as is.

Ahh, the joys of Model T ownership... rivalled, perhaps, only by the joys of
home ownership. Excuse me, I have to go unclog the toilet, weed the garden and
patch the roof.
