Regarding responding via your internet e-mail address on aol. I'm getting more
and more requests of this type. Thanks but no thanks.

I respond to e-mail via the system it's received from. With the overwhelm of
mail received each day I just can not invest the time to log off of one system
(the Club 100 BBS) onto another system (The Dock!) ... back and forth, and back
and forth ... just to please each persons perferred e-mail address.

I am not alone in my concerns. As an information provider, I, like absolutely
everyone else, am well beyond the overload stage with "incomming rounds!"

Yes, you probably ment well ... giving me a choice. Thank you. I appreciate
the thought. It's the other side of the coin ... those that do not realize
that all online computers are "not" interconnected, and the sysops are
overburdened with an overload of overwhelm ... everyone screaming to be heard,
first, if at all.

Well intentioned, we (I) attempt to keep up but must prioritize absolutely
everything, now ... more then just e-mail. We too, must remember we work to
live not live to work. This [doing too much] is a major medical concern right
now ... and growing. As one of thousands of American males on high blood
pressure medication, I assure you, I must prioritize or die young.

Thanks for posing the question. -Rick-
