Subj: REPLY TO MSG #5277 (WIERD PROBLEM)

If my bit is flipped, can I still use this BBS properly. The "@", "0", "p", and
" " work properly here, and if you were able to read my response to the last
message correctly, the Heartland Freenet works one way and not the other.
Heartland is physically a branch of the Bradley computer; the Internet address
is heartland.bradly.edu. Dialing direct works fine, but when I go in through
the "backdoor", by dialing Bradley, and at the first prompt where it says
server> entering heartland gets one into the freent also, while entering
bradley makes their main internet connection, then neith of these connections
works, or put another way, both connections display the same wierd problem.
All of the errors in this message which I see are as a result of my bad typing.
Enough clues yet? I don't think half duplexing will help, but if it would,
can't I set it from my Model 100 with F4. It changes the "full" to "half" on
my labels. Thanks.
