Dear Barry, I think that TINY.PWR works with the tpdd2 as well as with the tpdd1. It just accesses the first directory, so if you can limit yourself to 40 files and 200k, then TINY should work fine. I think Robert has a program called "FLIP" in the library that even lets you switch the directories before you start the DOS. I like TINY too for its half-size power. If only it would do directories. Incidentally, there is a way to pass commands to TINY from BASIC. I modified TINY a bit so I could do that. The original version clears the keyboard buffer before it prompts for input, but I removed that code. I also changed the exit to a straight return instead of jump to the menu. So a programmer can pass commands to TINY from BASIC by loading them into the keyboard buffer, and then return to BASIC. After you have saved or loaded files. I used that for data logging where the TINYness saved a lot of memory for more data. -- Tracy
