Rick:
I think starting up a small business section, ie, how to use your Model
T in business, would be an excellent idea. As you know, one of my pet peeves is
that most businesses use their computers as nothing more than an electronic
typewriter. They will do much more. For example, I'm using my T200's Multi-Plan
to keep my books in. This new section would certainly expand the scope/use of
your board.
RE: "how many more times can we cover the subject of how to set the
date and time"; probably more than you probably realize. To new/bottom end
users this is major stuff, and can be extremely terrifying/frustrating.
I've been at this for five years now and still know very little
technically. I've just lost two weeks worth of business time to having to fight
technical problems that were hampered by my low-tech computing. This stuff is
second nature to you/nerds/high-techies. It's not to the vast majority of
people. These people need _LOTS_ of TLC/nuturing--something the industry plain
and simply does not provide!
