I'll take a stab at your question...

 > Just curious Rick about the Diconix 150 and 150+. First, do they hook
directly to the printer port of the modle 100/102.

Yes. All microcomputer-based, parallel printers work with the Model 100, 102,
and 200. Simply connect the printer and <shift><print>. Also, in all cases,
you will need to make the appropriate adjustment for generating line
feeds--from the printer end, or run the LFUTL program on your computer.

 > Second, do they print directly when one goes to print or does one need to
run some epson emulation.

Printers are defined above will print, directly, if what you are printing is
ASCII text. Generating tricks, such as bold face, underline, etc., require
using the printers' escape codes. Most modern printers automatically default
to the Epson escape code set--including the Diconix, I believe.

 > And finally what are the pro/con of a 150 vs 150+.

I have no idea. However, I might guess that the + has extra features.
Besides, it does have a + in its name. Wow! What more could you ask!? (grin)

 > Also do you have any more back issues of port 100 for .50?

Yes, I do have a few more back issue copies of Portable 100 Magazine. I just
haven't placed that list online, yet. Perhaps by next weekend I'll have that
and more on the list.
