My first recommendation is to simply buy another computer.  This time buy a
Model 100, 102, 200 or NEC PC8201A.  At least, these models are supported.  The
KYO is not.  You will get far more for your small investment in a
new/used/preowned/whatever Model 100, etc. then repairing the KYO.  That's my
best reply to your question.
