Richard, I havn't checked in for quite awhile...but did this A.M. and dumped
the info I wanted. I discovered that you had the 102 covers now, and was
interested in the Multiplan ROM (Hope you still have one), and you know, as I
type this, I still havn't found the area where I can order from you! Maybe you
should make it a bit clearer on the opening screen. That might help your sales
a bit... [I could have just kept pecking away and not commented on this, but
if I have had the problem, others must have had too. ] I would like one of
your beta disks. ALSO, you are in a catche 22 situation here. I would really
like to get involved in EPROM programming, and machine language for the 102,
but you know, there is a serious lack of information for the beginning out
there. I suppose the reason for that is those who know are making the bucks and
the market is so limited they don't want competition. I have purchased
numerous books that I've obtained from Portable 100 magazine, but they were
written by tekkies who are so lost in their code world that they can't (or
don't want to) teach any one anything. They just want to put out a book that
is full of helpful stuff to those who already know what's going on, and hope
that people like me will but it and get stuck with it. I REALLY want to be part
of this and learn what's going on, and add my interfacing knowledge, but I need
to learn the real basics like how to either convert Basic to M/L, etc. And/or
how and where to burn that info into EPROM. Help!
