Rick,   There's a technique (a trick) to relaxing; it's called "grounding" or
"being here".                   When you stop your traveling for the day (or
even the hour), get your hands empty, get the room and yourself comfortable,
take 3 deep breaths with your eyes closed, breath the air outside (or in the
room you're in), bring your spirit and your mind and your emotions to this
point where your body is.              This is where you are now.  This is
where you have to be completely for the now.  This where all of you has to be
for you and yours, now.  Accept it and work with it.
