Thanks for the CALC.BA upload, Victor. I noted that you left the code in
tokenized BASIC, rather then converting it to ASCII (.DO) first, before
uploading.

Tokenized files online require folk to have XMODEM or better to download, and
too many of our folks use only ASCII on stock Model T's; expecially the NEC
crowd. And, if they use a DOS or Mac to download, they face the problem of
transferring a tokenized .BA file to their laptop--unless they use Lapdos II or
100duet, of course.

May I request a change? Kill the version you currently have online, convert
your copy from .BA to .DO on your end, then reupload the .DO (ASCII) version.
You may still give it a .BA extension when you name the file on this end, even
though it's actually a .DO file. It makes no difference on this end, but does
show folks that it's a program not a documentation file. This way, should you
write a documentation file (hint, hint... no programmer likes wrkting docs) you
could upload the docs with the same filename but with the .DO extension.

Example:

CALC.BA - Improved calc pgm for the NEC
 CALC.DO - Documentation for CALC.BA

This is just an idea, of course. I, and all our online members, REALLY, REALLY
APPRICATE your upload participation. We get next to NO UPLOADS these days.
And I can recall when 40% of activity was uploads and 60% downloads--but then
those were the hobby days in the '80's when Model T's were young. -Rick-
