Well, this is a bit more complex than your program, but try using a string variable to store the time you want the computer to turn on. When it comes back on, read your data, update the string variable (using MID$), issue a new POWER statement, then the POWER 10. Like this: a$="22:10:00" power a$ (read data on powerup) a$=time$ (find out what the time should be in 5 mins) a$=newtime$ power a$ power 10 David Anderson
