Excellent response! Yes, I am not only licensed, insured and bonded, but crazy, too. I charge $5 per disk plus $5 for return shipping of the project. I would perfer moving files to DOS formatted disks, at least that is what happens first ... and I supply the DOS targest disk(s). If you supply Mac formatted disk (high denisty only) I can use a utility I have on one of my computers to read/write Mac formatted disks ... one target disk per source disk, please. The process: 1) Get a big cup of coffee and take the phone off the hook. 1) Lay all the disks out, determin their format and number them 1, 2, 3, etc. 2) Set up numbered sub-directories on a hard disk to match each disk. 3) Read each disk into its separate sub-directory. 4) Create a simple .BAT file to create diskette copies. 5) Make a diskette copy and a diskette backup. 6) Kill all the harddisk copies ... unless I find something juicy! 7) Mail back the original disk(s), the copy and the backup. 8) Go get another cup of coffee and reinstall the phone. If you are interested, mail your stuff to: Richard Hanson Club 100: A Model "T" User Group 701 Charlton Drive Pleasant Hill CA 94523 If you have old Model "T" computers, peripherials or accessories you'd like to donate to the club, just send them along with a signed note saying, "I donate this stuff to Club 100." At your service ... -Rick-
