Very good questions. To make a long story short. Upload everything and let
our online librarian, Robert Benson, determin what is what; and no, you will
not get into trouble. That's why Robert checks things out.

The (7)Upload are is for you (and all online member) to use for uploading their
offerings.  Any program you upload is immediately available for downloading;
thus you may check you upload. Also, you have full control over file you
upload into the (7)Upload area. Each file you upload has your name attached to
it, internally in this computer (not in the program itself) thus you may delete
any file you upload. This is good when you either blow an upload or want to
upgrade one of your uploads.

As for placing Club 100 stuff in the files. Yes, I know, there's stuff about
Club 100 in just about every program in the library. This was "originally" a
good idea back in the mid 80's but no longer. Little by little we are
eliminating the Club info line from all the files in the library, so don't add
the Club 100 info line. In fact, you do not have to add anything to any file
you upload to the BBS, but do not take anything out, either. Also, make sure
you include a documentation file with your upload offerings. Good
documentation... any documentation... has always been a sore point with online
pragrams.

As for what goes into the library, and when, and why, you will have to ask
Robert Benson. That's his territory, not mine. Frankly, with all the files
coming out way (more on disks send to use then uploaded) I feel that Robert is
more involved with behind-the-scenes work then taking files out of the
(7)Upload area. It's all very much an overload for all of us. It all takes
time but time we have. Thanks again... -Rick-
