You asked about cassette programs. I have tons of the old, brown-covered Tandy cassette programs on the shelf in the warehouse. In a short while I will, once again, open up the consignment area with a list of what's available. I am currently cleaning that whole project up after several years. As for getting any of the Club 100 program collections and software offerings (see catalog when it arrives) on cassette... forget it! I left tape back in the mid 80's in favor of disk, i.e. tpdd, tpdd2 and MSDOS formats. However, in a pinch, I will "assist" a member/friend with a cassette program... I keep a CCR-82 on the shelf. Most all of us, these days, either use a tpdd/tpdd2 or (for the most part) transfer files to/from another computer--mainly a MSDOS computer. Folks either grunt it out via MODE COM, PDD.EXE, through a terminal program, Lapdos II or BoosterLink. Of all the methods, Lapdos II is by far the best/easiest and slickest thing going since the invention of StarTrek! ...yes, it is that good! -Rick-
