----
Chuck: Both of the booting programs in the (H)elpfiles are absolutely correct,
but as I read your message to me, it appears that you might be trying to mix
the boots and drives. Let me go over some facts. Here's a chart:

Drive K/Disk Dirs File Number Tandy DOS IMAGE BACKUP
 TPDD 100 1 40 26-3808 FLOPPY.CO Built in
 TPDD2 200 2 40 ea 26-3814 FLOPPY Use BACKUP.BA

Both drives work with all models, i.e., 100, 102, 200, NEC8201. The Model 100
and the 102 are absolutely the same.

According to your message, you made a disk with FLOPPY.CO but it won't boot
with your Model 102 and your TPDD2. You're correct, FLOPPY.CO is for the TPDD,
not the TPDD2.

Making backup copies of FLOPPY.CO and FLOPPY

FLOPPY.CO has a built in image backup program. Using a TPDD, a blank disk, the
utility disk (26-3808), and are in FLOPPY.CO, select the BkUp function and
follow the prompts.

FLOPPY uses the BACKUP.BA program from the utility disk. Using a TPDD2, a
blank disk, the utility disk (26-3814), with FLOPPY loaded, load and run
BACKUP.BA and follow the prompts.

That's it. Read, study and figure out where you went astray.

PS: In both cases, after you build an image-backup to your utility disk, you
must write protect the disk (open the little window) or it will not boot.
