Thomas... you're my kind of guy... yeah... profit!! Never mind having fun, or joining in on technical discussions for the mental growth of it all, or even helping out with instructions on how to do this or that. No way. We're in it purely for profit. Yep... you guessed it. So, what do I purchase used Model 100's for? Well, if I had my way, I would be paid to take them off your hands, eh? (grin) All kidding asside... naaaa... you won't fall for that one, either. I pay less then $100 for each, 32K Model 100 or 102. How much less depends on the source. I've paid as little as $20 for 23K units in quantity, as as much as $100+ for one when that's all there was available, and I had a client waiting; or even presold. Typically, I pay around $40 - $50 in quantity. I expect clean, working units with manuals cause that's what I'm used too getting from leasing agencies, schools, corporations, newspapers, etc. Organizational purchases are emotionless. It's all a matter of basis after depreciation. I understand these things and talk their language. Those are just guidelines. You let me know what you can get your hands on and we'll come up with something. In fact, I have a local company that purchased 6 Model 100's back in November wanting 10 - 12 more real soon. I also had a call from a firm in NC looking for more; wanting a quote from me next week. So, you never know who whats what and when. It's all a matter of, "Do I have, or can I get, what they want when they want it, at a cost they feel is a killer deal?" Let me know what you find. Let's have some fun selling things. -Rick-
