Subj: REPLY TO MSG #1327 (128K BUBBLE MEMORY)

Rueban: The bubble memory for the Model 100 is actually a storage unit, not
active RAM.  You store to it and retrieve from it like you would a disk drive.
I have been told that the bubble memory fades with time until it is useless.
However, I have no direct knowledge of one ever fading.  Let's hope others,
here online, can add their two cents to the who, what, and why of bubble
memory.  -Rick-
