Subj: REPLY TO MSG #1225 (REAL ESTATE & THE 102)
This is evan better than I thought. One of my best friends gave a Model III, which was not working when I recieved it. After ordering a new keyboard and was given a disk drive the Model III works fine now. I know this is a little far off the subject, but do you have any useful programs for the Model III that you may sell. It has no Modem or Comm board so its a little on the deaf side. Back to the main subject. Our MLS company is called Realtron. It is an excellent system as far as MLS's systems go, but they provide no service nor do they provide any alternative software, but thier own, to logg on to there system. I had to use PC tools extract my user logg on so I could use my 102 as a more practical means of staying ahead of the compition. I don't know of any board member in the Columbus Board of Realtors that has what I have. All the members that I talk to have a Desk top PC that is not to practical in carring from one clients house to the next. Its a great feeling when a fellow member ask's me "can you logg on to MLS with that thing?" I have a program called Bcalc.Ba its marketed by RS. Its a great little program to have when writing listing contract and you need to know what the day of the week is going to be 6 months from now. I would suggest Bcalc.BA to any Business person who uses a 102 for there portable business needs. I also use it in school too . Yes you heard me right, I'm a college student at the age of 30. Your never to old to learn somthing. Ohio Law says that I must have a 2 year degree before I can obtain a Brokers License. Well I must be going for now, but before I go I must ask you somthing about a product you will be marketing in the future. tell me about the product that aids in the help of stopping chip swapping? I'll probably be one of your first customers for this product. Again thanks for being here -Rick Allison GSA-
