Subj: FEEDBACK

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. / I never really looked into
what one of the Booster Packs could really do, and it is so much overkill for
what I was looking for (for the radio project) that I decided to forgo the
radio project and play with the Booster Pack! [The four bank ram expansion
would have done the radio project trick for me now that I'm paying attention].
Anyway, I havn't had this much fun since I got my first M100 and started
understanding what laptopping was all about. I feel like a kid let loose in a
toy store again! Now I want to learn more. I see provisions for an internal
ram expansion and a 1200 baud modem. I built up a batter pack for it already
(and I have access to a welder and all the battery stuff you could ever think
of if you ever need a specialty battery pack made up, by the way). But the
manual doesn't say much about the internal RAM card. Are they avaiable? Are
the 1200 baud modems available? Are the Desk-Link ICs avaiable? I havn't
played with the other (Lap Link) program in conjunction with this Booster Pack
yet, but assume its probably one in the same... I really wish I would have
payed more attention years ago and acquired one of these then. Well, I wish I
would have gotten involved with these when they first came out...and not the
Commdore stuff too, but I went in head first over Commodore. Anyway, now to
make more time and get things rolling. Your steak dinner will be in the mail
Monday. Oh, don't worry about buffing up a cover. I can do that...if you have
one without real deep scratches. The surface stuff is expected and can be
dealt with here. Thanks again, Richard. :)
