I think I can answer your question as to what you saw. One year ago I noticed the same thing with WP Duet and I too was concerned. I checked with the Tandy board on CompuServe and this is what I found. First the Question as posted on Compuserve: Hi. I very happily and successfully transfer files between my WP-2 and my Mac Classic using WPDuet. Lately I noticed that when the WPDuet dialog box comes up asking you to choose a place to put your transferred file, the message flashes very quickly "Rumplestiltskinlives." This is on the original projected disk as well as the copy on my harddrive, so it's not something I picked up. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks! Gregg ...and now the reply as captured from CompuServe: This is not a virus. I had to put a string in the save dialog box so that the "SELECT" button would be hilited. This is normal. What is not normal is my sense of humor at 2 AM when I did this code. The string "Hello" or "Hi, mom" would have been just as effective as, what turned out to be, my final selection of "Rumplestilksin lives." Panic not. It is just me, the lonely developer. Sorry about the worry. -- B. Scott Andersen -- President, Cabochon, Inc. Note: Scott Andersen is the developer of WPduet program. I have used this program for two years now with no problem. Fear not. --Will Donovan
