Subj: BAR CODE WAND SALE

Hi, Rick,

Well, I think I got things straightened out on my barcode wand sale. Seems as
I left town I didn't tell my wife the name of the guy who was interested in
it, i.e. Frank McJunkin.

Meanwhile, Ervin Miller calls to buy the wand. My wife, not knowing any better
because I didn't tell her WHO was going to call, told Ervin the deal was his.

When I get home, I check the board and Frank is understandably disappointed.
So I make a lot of phone calls to Ervin and Frank. The upshot is, and I hope
this is the fair solution, Frank gets the wand.

Moral of story? When leaving town, give your spouse the complete message.

Other moral: folks on this board, Frank McJunkin, Ervin Miller, and others,
are very decent people. Thanks to them, and others, for being part of a
helpful community. And to you, Rick, for making it happen.

Apologies to all, and I hope I learned something from all this.

... Paul

P.S. Rick: guess it goes without saying, you can pull the ad!
