Subj: REPLY TO MSG #1855 (TPDD2 REBOOT)

Kim: First off, you posted a message to ALL in the (3)ElectMail. Absolutely no
one would have read it besides myself. Messages to ALl should be posted in the
(1)Conference. I've moved your message to ALL into the (1)Conference for you.
I am curious, however, why you posted your message over in the (3)ElectMail
area instead of the (1)Conference. What information was missing in the menu
that could have helped?

Now, back to your question regarding rebooting your floppy TPDD2 disk. Re-cold
start your computer by turning off your main power switch on the bottom and
leaving it off for about 10 minutes. When you turn it back on you will have a
"clean machine!" Next, go into BASIC and key in RUN"COM:98N1ENN" and hit
<enter>, then turn your disk drive on with the utility disk in the drive.
Forget about all that IPL stuff. Just follow the information in this message.
All should wowk normally. If you have further problems please have your
equipment ready and call me during the day. I will walk you through the
process. -Rick-
