CLEAR string space, high memory
 
CLEAR by itself clears all variables, closes open files, sets the available
string space to 256 bytes, and releases all of available memory to BASIC.
 
CLEAR 100,50000
 clears all variables, closes all open files, sets the available string space
to 100 bytes, and set 50000 as the highest memory address available to BASIC.
