Russ: I'll be blunt. Go buy another modem for your Mac Plus. You can not go through your Model 102 with your Mac to use the 102's modem. However, as you know, having owned and used 100duet for some time, now, you can transfer files to your 102 from your Mac, go online with your 102 and transfer those files. Your limitations will be file type and file length. 1) If you don't need to keep any tricks in the file, like fonts, embeded characters, etc., you could write the file to ASCII (TXT), use 100duet to place it in the 102, then use the 102 to log on and upload the ASCII (.DO) file. 2) If you "do" need to keep all the tricks, and if the file is small enough, you could rename the file with a .CO extension, use 100duet to load it into your 102, then, using an xmodem-supporting terminal program, log on with your 102 and upload the .CO file using xmodem protocol. Those are two ideas to play with. I suggest you lay out the parameters, make up a test document, then try both ways and see for yourself. Hope this helps... -Rick-
