Earl: The problem "may" be the modem at your office not "hearing" your modem.
What I'm talking about is decibel level.  I've run into that over here with
some other modems and had to sell them back and buy others.

Suggestion: Try using a different modem on your Model 200.  I bet that will do
the trick.
