After reading your 5th way, I wanted to add a couple myself: 6) If the program
is recorded on audio tape in English, one can hook up an analog-to-digital
input and a microphone, then use an AI-based neural net for SPEECH RECOGNITION
and convert this into the BASIC keywords (analogously to what you do with OCR
in your 5th way). 7) If program is stored on the text area of a TV broadcast,
then you need to get one of those circuits that decodes it for the
hearing-impaired, and put your OCR-scanner to the output.... 8) If program is
already stored in a .BA file, then if you have sufficient memory, you can store
it in ASCII and delete the program; then you can use one of the simple methods
already mentioned in your message.... ;)
