I'm using the parallel port to buffer data to a VT320 terminal because I have a
parallel-to-serial print buffer, and I have a VT320 terminal, and it works.

Besides the DVI, it's possible to have the Model 100 emulate a VT100, using the
8 line*40 character display as a window on a virtual 24 line*80 character
display.

The VTxxx does NOT have a "standard" speed of 9600; when I was hired as a
computer programmer for General Electric Space Systems Division, years ago, I
used a VT100 and a Digital Equipment Corporation VAX-11/780. And this was via
a dial-up line, using a 300 baud modem. This is no different than what I
normally use nowadays with my Model 100.
