Wayne, The disk video interface was Tandy's first attempt at providing peripheral support for the M100. In effect it turned the M100 into a desk-bound computer. The DVI inself was a box that contained one or two 5-1/4" disk drives and circuitry to drive a monitor. Thus you got disks and an 80 column video display. I've never used one so I can't say if the diskettes were interchangeable with any other system or not (probably not) or how the video interfaced with applications. I do know that many people complain about the fact that the interface software is not compatible with other popular programs. If you need more info, just yell and someone with actual experience will undoubtedly jump in. Jim
