Actually, it is not the same bus connector, at least physically. It's a 48-pin connector (DSUB style) about two inches inside the left side of the computer, protected by a spring-loaded door. I can send you the pin-out if you would like. It looks something like this: +------------------------------+ / 1---------------------------47 \ / 2---------------------------48 \ +----------------------------------+ I don't remember exactly how many pins the M100/M200 system bus is, but I didn't think it was 48 pins. I would really LOVE to see RAMpacs available for the NEC, but it would require a change in the physical design of the unit. I believe the I/O port mapping of the M100 and the NEC is similar, but I can't say if the I/O signals would be pin-for-pin on the actual system buses. <sigh....> In any case, let me know if you're interested in seeing the actual pin-out of the NEC's system bus. As far as the Kyotronic 85 is concerned, I really don't have any knowledge of the unit. My impression, though, is that it is more similar to the M100 than the NEC design. In any case, good luck. Gary.
