Hamfest went OK. Made $500.00 and an extra $100.00 for the wife who promply
left hamfest for the mall. No Model 200 found. Saw a real clean Model 100
w/Interactive Solutions ROM, PDD1, battery powered printer (thermal or ribbon
cartridge), Bar Code Reader, host of software, and Tandy 2' by 1' travel case.
Priced Saturday $200. Priced Sunday $150. Offered $80 at closing time (w/o
printer) but no sale. Last year same system was priced $300. I can wait
another year.

Sold old IBM-XT for $16. No interest until I plugged it in and left ProComm
brag screen - then some interest showed. Convinced guy the Hayes 2400 b.p.s.
modem board alone was worth $5, so a whopping 256K RAM, two 5-1/4 floppies, and
a 20M hard drive had to be worth another $10. Tough sale - he figured his kids
would use it and keep them away from his 586, so if I carried it to his car
he'd go $16. Like I said - tough sale!
