Subj: REPLY TO MSG #6850 (ORDER)

Tim: Thank you for bring your concerns to my attention. I found your order in
the pile and will process it today.

I understand that there are times when working with me gets frustrating. I
would, however, appreciate a little leaway. I am one guy. I mean well but get
overloaded, and I have no assistant to call upon. As it stands (Sunday, Nov
17th), I'm working through over 200 orders and over 1,000 email messages
(approx 180+/day). The fax pile is also quite large; many orders come by fax,
world wide. In fact, there are several new faxes in the fax-computer. And I
won't get around to those for a day or two.

Now, unbeknownst to you and others ... with all that I have just said about
being overloaded, let me clue you into something you'll find interesting. I
have purposely held up on November orders for one, BIG reason. Club 100
announced early last week (via our web site, and through a multi-thousand piece
mail out) a first, annual Holiday Season 1/2 Off Sale. And, until the I got
through all the details and work of developing that sale and rolling it out
(all done with these two, little hands) I could not move forward with order
processing. This weekend is the first opportunity I've had to jump back into
processing orders.

The bottom line is: Your fax of Nov 4th with came to about $100 is now around
$50. Does this help?

I didn't have to have a sale. Club 100 is the very last Model 100, 102, 200
full-service source on the face of the earth. The only reason there is a sale
is that I felt it was time to do something nice for everyone again.

Again, I appreciate your concerns. Rest assured that I'm working on this end
to continue Model "T" support for everyone.

Say, how's Honolulu these days. Kind of layed back, I hear. It's been amost
14 years since Paula and I celebrated our 10th over there. It was the first
time for both of us to visit the islands. It was beautiful and relaxing.
Unfortunally, it took only a few days to reestablish our competitive edge, upon
returning.

Your order is out the door, and thank you once again (seriously) for bring your
concerns to my attention. I really do mean well. -Rick-
