Yes, I'm comfortable with most computers - if it has a keyboard I can use it. I
have a 386 and a Mac IIci as well as a Tandy 100 now. (Been using "home"
computers since 1974.

The Mac Portable has been discontinued and you can get a new in box unit with a
40MB hard drive, 2MB RAM, backlit active matrix screen, 1.44MB floppy, mouse,
trackball, carrying case, and a 10-16 hour lead-acid battery for $1395 from Mac
Sale International (1-800-729-7031).

I'm just thinking along the lines of a replacement for my Model 100. The
Toshiba 1000 and the 1.44MB floppy might be enough. Then again the Cambridge
Z88 and WP2 might serve my needs as well. So would a legal pad and pen but I'd
need a pen that "clicked" after every letter. :)
