Hi Rick, In responce to your newsletter, I find myself with a few programs that
I feel other club members might enjoy. But due to my inexperience in this area,
and desire not to screw up. I'm forced to humble myself and ask some possibly
dumb questions.

     1. What do I need to know about Copyright Laws to keep the orginal author
happy, Club 100 out of trouble, and myself out of JAIL!?! For example; programs
from old magazines, programs from those old tapes that use to come with one are
two good programs and about five stupid ones? What about unknown aurhors.

     2. Before I upload, do I need to add anything that I normal see in the
programs I download. For example the Club 100 phone numbers? Who is responsible
for the memory size information?

     3. From the looks of my monthly phone bill I would assume that my phone
lines are made of gold, so there should be no errors in the uploading of
information, but.. Just to be sure, will the programs I upload be available for
immediate download so I can make sure everything was transfered ok? (I have had
trouble a couple times downloading a program where many of the numbers and
letters where off by a factor of one; why only one?)

     4. My last question deals with the hierarchy of the upload files and the
library. Could you please give a brief explanation how it works. For example
how long can a program stay in the upload files are these programs ever
considered to become part of the Club 100 library? Is a tally kept of programs
that are downloaded to see what's popular and what's not. And finally on our
journey through this world, is there and certain type of programs to keep eyes
open for?
         ....Thank you for your time....
