Bahhhh... humbug! What's this about Xmas being just another work day. I'm not
working on Xmas and either are you. So take that and smoke it. Come on, Joe.
For Christ...mas sake, give it a rest, buddy.

I've got to share this one with you. Last weekend--you know, the one where
Friday evening/Saturday morning was one of the coldest we've had, yet--I
dressed up both the roadster and myself and hit the freeway at 7 am for my
Saturday morning, street rod breakfast meeting at Max's Restaurant, loaced East
of 680 at the Crow Canyon off ramp, below Danville--about a 30 minute drive
South from Pleasant Hill. Anyway, I wrapped both the gas tank and the battery
up like presents, placed Xmas bows on the rear-view mirrors, stuck a santa hat
to the top of my helmit, and waved at the travelers all the way down and back
again. It was a blast. I've still got the roadster decked out as such and
have been using it to make all my Club 100-oriented business trips all week,
i.e., taking stuff to the bank, and UPS, and the post office. I even hand (hot
rod) delivered a WP-2 computer to a club member in Concord. He wasn't there
but his wife was wide-eyed. What fun. I plan on taking some video shots of
the roadster in action and will send you a copy.

So, again, take the day off....!!!
