Just read the new news letter and thought I'd throw a comment or two in about Ross Perot. Like you, my wife and I are long time Republicans and are also probably going to vote for Perot. I think the economic mess the country is in requires some one with some business savy. The other comment is more directed to the press. They keep wanting a more definitive answer on the issues, but they also want to take things out of context - look at the brief comment made about Gays in the Barbara Walters interview and how that was reported by the media. Personally I find it refreshing when a candidate says that he needs to sit back and think about an issue before giving an answer. Besides most of the 'definitive'answers given by politicians during a campagn are too brief to have any meaning or are political rehtoric or are tossed aside when they get into office ("No new taxes"; "Educational President"; "Environmental President"). Comments?????
