Let's see.  The "19" may be stored as two-byte ASCII or as two-byte BCD, or
maybe as one-byte binary.  Assuming the ROM is not a mask-ROM but rather the
"burn open the zero diodes on the assembly line" type, might we just blow a few
well placed zero bits to conver "19" to "20"?  Nah!
