Well Bill, how about just SuperROM and a small disk OS in place of TS-DOS ROM.
As long as you need only Load/Save from disk and nothing fancy like viewing
text files while they're still on disk, then TS-DOS on ROM isn't essential.  If
you need such fancy stuff - consider TS-DOS on disk (not ROM) which "costs" a
bit of free mem but at least it leaves the option ROM socket available for
SuperROM.

Although I use mostly Rampacs for offline storage during meetings (less size
and hassle than a PDD) these days, I used to take a PDD and SuperROM to
meetings.  Having a file compression service helped also - kinda made the 32K
RAM work like 64K. Nowadays, I take only SuperROM: sometimes with and sometimes
without a Rampac.
