Sorry I never updated you Tracy after you confirmed "free-use" of the "end" of
sector 0 in the 256K Rampac. I've put it several uses: Show 7-line Rampac boot
listing (a bit more condense than the one printed on the Rampac) while 8th
line, prevented from scrolling, is used to "type what's seen above" - the
command line to invoke this is much less complex than the boot it list; some
utilities in "FreeRAM" which a RAM-resident kernal loads/calls after test that
confirms presence of Rampac and the "FreeRAM" within sector 0.

Honestly, I don't think the 7-line list is worth the amount ov volume it
consumes in the precious 512-byte end of sector 0. In all the years I've used
my two Rampacs, I've yet to be left no alternative than boot of RAM100 from the
Rampac. And now with my cold-start surviving operating system which includes
Disk, and Rampac (image of RAM100 relocated) access from warm-keys, only a
new-start can leave me without recourse. Besides, the op sys consumes no
menu-slots so I've got TS-DOS and Rampac services without any "names" and
cold-start survivable to boot. Life is good.
