I have a few other computers besides my Model 100. They are SMALLER. :-)
They are the Radio Shack Pocket Computer, the Radio Shack PC-2 [best pocket
computer Radio Shack ever sold, IMHO] and the Sharp PC-1600 [never sold by
Radio Shack].

The PC-1600 is a great little machine, with a 4-line, 26 column display. CPUs
are Z80[A?]-compatible CMOS chip *and* custom Sharp LH5803 (compatible with the
LH5801 of the PC-2). 96K ROM, and about 12KRAM, with two expansion slots for
more memory. It has a BEEP command, similar to the Model T's SOUND command, and
you can PEEK/POKE/CALL too! It doesn't have any built-in applications, but has
RS-232 port, serial port (for fiber optic!), analog input, and 64pin bus
connector providing access to timing, data, power.... Oh, and it has INP and
OUT commands, too, for ports! I was using this little (19cm*8.5cm*3cm)
computer at my previous job, when a coworker GAVE ME HIS MODEL 100. =D

Unfortunately, there isn't a local BBS with support for my handheld computers.
:d But I got the doc. on the ROM routines and hand-assemble my programs for
them, just like my Model-T. :-) I'm not sure if you've had any experience
with these little guys, but if you have an open mind, you'll probably find them
VERY similar to the Model T in many of the important ways. :-) Since I program
computers, myself, lack of "commercial software" never dissuaded me from
getting a computer I *like*. :-)
