Subj: REPLY TO MSG #2113 (DOPE AND AUTHORS)

That was deep! I loved your Helen Keller analogy. You know some of the authors
world's are fun to visit. The thing I enjoy the most about reading some of
these stories, is the madness the authors go through in writing them. One
author would average about a page a month, another would finish a story then
put it on a shelf for a year, then he would read the first few pages, if they
did not grab him the whole story went instantly in the trash.

I often wonder what effects the Model T would of had on the authors of the late
1800 and early 1900. Would our little friend that we so often take for granite,
change the world of literature as we know it now?
