Richard: Last July, you sent me a VT100 Emulator disk, which I am only now
getting around to trying out. As you correctly assumed, I do have a DVI
(TRS-80), and the only reason I got the disk was to access a public library
which requires the VT100 format (or whatever it's called). In your note
accompanying my order, you explained that my job would be to load the .DOs into
BASIC and same them as .BAs -- then run the loader files to create .CO files.
I'm not exactly sure how to do this. I think I can figure out the first part --
loading them into BASIC; but the "running the loader files" confuses me. I'm
wondering if you could explain further? Secondly, assuming that I do complete
this process successfully, how do I then go about using it? That is, once the
.CO files are created, how do I access them when I dial up the public library?
Will I need to access them all, or what? Do I need to have a lot of space freed
up? Any help you might be able to provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
