Subj: REPLY TO MSG #3261 (ON THE ROAD AGAIN!)

Sounds like you had a great time on the salt. Perhaps, one day, I'll push my
new roadster over the salt to see what it will do. I "do" plan to run it at
Sear's Point drag strip in the future; before it's painted, of course.

BTW: It's looking wild and just about ready. Don's Workshop (Don Clar) did a
masterful job. It's got everything I want. Don and I towed it over to my
place last week. His work is finished. Now it's my turn. What's left is
minor, i.e., gas lines, mounting the electrical components and wiring them
together, installing a few engin speed parts, and starting it up. It's already
licensed and insured.

Yep, as soon as the "key" works I will wreck havoh on this neighborhood, and be
insufferable to live with for weeks; perhaps even months. Speaking of which: I
joined SEMA and will be attending the SEMA/IA convention in Los Vegas the first
week in November. So, the transistion has started; including the new BBS.
Drew and I have teamed up and will be placing the world's largest graphics BBS
online. One section of the new BBS, called "The Loading Dock," includes a
street rodders forum, and the ultimate swap meet--where in callers have free,
unlimited advertising rights. This will become the world's largest classified
advertising medium. And, again, it will be free--no charge to sellers or
buyers.

I'll be taking more pictures of the car next week and will send some to you. I
think you'll like it.
