RC,

There is an easy way to do that (and you don't have to have a DOS
machine to do it either, Rick). There a zillions of Disk/Video Interfaces out
there that use stanard TEAC drives (the same that the PC uses). They are no
longer sold by Tandy and they are not very portable (unless you like to lug
around 4 lbs and happen to have a plug everywhere you go) but the used price is
VERY cheap, the going price is about a $100 for the unit with one disk drive
(which is all the better because you can install two drives (the one that came
with it and the one that you have). Also if you have a TV and/or a monitor,
you can add video to the model 100/102/200 . The dos that comes with it (and
if you don't get a copy, then I will send you one) is designed to work with
basic and almost all of the internal programs (text is the biggest..). If you
have any more questions call me at 404-425-7599
