Rick or anyone,

I just came by a Model 100 which looks pretty clean, though bare. Upon trying
it out, however, I find that a number of keys (alpha-numeric-special
character) do not work. There is absolutely no response to keypresses on
these keys. Moreover, the same lack of response is the case when the shift,
grph, or code keys are used with the non-working keys, or when the caps lock
or num lock are set. The non-working keys are:

     y i j k l m . and /

All other keys seem to work fine.

Can you give me any suggestions as to what might be wrong, and directions for
repairing it.

Also, the main menu gives the memory as 21,380 (with one very small .DO file
in addition to the built-in programs. Can you tell me how much memory the
computer has?

Thanks, Bill McWeeny
