And so it is! Although I have strong opinions, I'm not a fanatic! Actually I
used to use the Lapdos loader in my 102 until I discovered the maxfiles
requirement AND I discovered TINY.PWR. With TINY.PWR I have a DOS that uses up
a few hundred bytes less than Lapdos and now I only use Lapdos with the TPDD-2.
This way I have my cake and eat it too. It took me years before I realized that
the 102 had more available RAM than the 29,638 (?) listed after a cold start.
Boy, was I ticked off. This may sound strange, but with my work habits TINY.PWR
is actually the easiest and fastest DOS I've used. (Oh, Lapdos II is the 102
program; Lapdos I is the MS-DOS to TPDD-2 program.) -Barry.
