Thank you, Joe. I am quite aware of the problem. The bottom line is that the
catalogs were sent separately by 3rd class mail, about a week after the
magazines were sent, via 2nd class. The catalogs well arrive shortly.

The reason for this unfortunate situation is ignorance. I was told to send
10,000 catalogs to their printer. I did that. They, unfortunately, failed to
discuss the "details" with their printer. I sent "finished" catalogs with a
1st class permit stamped in on the outside. Their printer would have preferred
unfinished catalogs with "no" mailing permit stamped on the outside. Thus,
when the catalogs arrived, they were unable to easily insert them into the
magazine. Instead, they were attached externally. The post office noticed the
1st class permit on the catalogs and rejected the "entire" mailing. If, they
had known that the post office was going to do that, they would have simply
placed the catalogs in the middle of the magazine and slipped they into
poly-bags so you couldn't see what was on the inside. This would have worked,
but for various monitary reasons, they mailed the catalog separate from the
magazines. There is more to the story but I'll just stop here.

Am I displeased? Yes! But hey, it's only money. Right? -Rick-
